Where’s my order?

All of our parcels are sent by courier for next working day delivery - if you live in Northern Ireland, Highlands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight or the Channel Islands, delivery may take an extra day. Throughout the order process, we will tell you on what day you can expect your delivery, and you will receive an email with a link to track your order. We currently dispatch 99.8% of orders on time, but if you are concerned that your delivery may have gone astray, please call us on 0845 474 0828.

What happens if I don’t see a product I want?

To make our site easy to use, we only show our most popular products. But if it can be printed, then we can print it. Call us on 0845 474 0828  or email us at, and we’ll quickly get back to you with a price for anything you might want.

How do I order more than one of a product?

To make your order simpler, we recommend you place each order individually. For example if you want two different A5 flyers, place two separate orders. You can then checkout with both orders in your basket. The price for 2,000 copies of one design isn’t the same as the price for 1,000 each of two different designs.

Do your prices include VAT?

Because our prices are aimed at both consumers and businesses, the price we display is exclusive of VAT, and the VAT inclusive price will be shown on your order confirmation.

Are Flyers and Leaflets VAT-free?

Most Flyers and Leaflets are free from VAT, but there are exceptions: if your Flyer or Leaflet will be used to gain admission, e.g. 'free entry with this flyer’; or to obtain a discount, e.g.  '20% off with this leaflet’: or if it has an area intended to be written on and returned.

Do I get a proof of my artwork?

When you place your order you have the option to request a proof with our File Checking Service, for a small additional fee. We recommend that even if you don’t request this for normal products, you add File Check and Proof for booklets. We will send you a low resolution PDF proof to allow you to double check your job. Your proof is delivered by 1pm on the next working day after placing your order; you have until 5pm on the day you receive the proof to accept it.

Do you offer a design service?

I’ve made a mistake! How long do I have to cancel my order?

Once you’ve confirmed your order and uploaded your artwork, your order will begin our automated production process. As we’re manufacturing something just for you, it’s not possible to cancel your order once we begin.
